Criterion of Mathematics exam evaluation (9-grade base)
The aim of written exam on Mathematics is to find out if a student can:
1) Solve tasks based on the school program;
2) Think sequentially and logically;
3) Speak out grammatically;
There are nine tasks on exam.
The works are evaluated by points. A student gets a certain number of points for each task. Thus, tasks 1-8 are evaluated in 2 points each and task 9 is evaluated in 4 points if the tasks are done correctly and neatly.
The highest number of points is 20. Such system allows evaluating works fairly.
According to the mistake the points are removed as follow:
1. Calculation of operations on real numbers. Identical conversion.
If the order of operations is kept, each operation is done correctly and the answer is written an entrant will get 2 points (max). If there are rough mistakes (for example, the order of operations) an entrant will get 0 points.
0,5 points are removed for small defects (absence of answer, irrationality, inattention).
2. Solution of equation
0,5 points are removed for the following mistakes and defects:
1) Absence of field of knowledge;
2) Mistakes in calculation;
3) Absence of check;
4) Absence of answer or wrong record.
3. Solution of text tasks.
While solution text tasks an entrant must follow the following scheme:
1) Entry of conditional data;
2) Explanation to equation;
3) Solution of equation решение;
4) Matching of the answer with task condition and its record.
Items 1,2,4 are evaluated in 0,5 points each. Thus, an entrant can get 2,5 points for item 3 (if the task will be third in examination form)
4. Solution of inequality
0,5 points are removed for the following mistakes and defects:
1) Absence of field of knowledge;
1) Absence of graphical interpretation
2) Wrong inclusion of answer boarders;
3) Absence of answer.
1-2 points are removed for rough mistakes while solution.
The rough mistakes are considered:
1. Ignorance of inequality properties;
2. Violation of the order of operations;
3. Violation of identity of transformation;
4. Ignorance of formulas of reduced multiplication
5. Ignorance of formulas, rules, main properties, theorems;
6. Inability of their use;
7. Ignorance of tasks solution process;
8. Calculation mistakes if they are not slip of the pen.
The defects are considered:
1. Irrationality of solution;
2. Slip of the pen;
3. Insufficiency or lack of explanations.
Criterion of an estimation of an examination on Russian
On the basis of 9 classes
The aim of written exam on Russian is to find out if a student have knowledge in:
1. Spelling
2. Punctuation
Necessity of applying knowledge on phonetics, lexicon, morphemic, word-formation, morphology and syntax in spelling practice according to the program on Russian is considered
The works are evaluated by points.
A student gets the highest number of points 20 if he or she does not make any mistake in dictation.
An entrant will get 16-19 points if the following quantity of mistakes is made:
0/1 0/2, 0/3 0/4
1/1 1/2, 1/3
2/0 2/1, 2/2
An entrant will get 11-15 points if the following quantity of mistakes is made:
0/5 0/6, 0/7 0/8
1/4 1/5, 1/5 1/7
2/3 2/4, 3/2 3/3, 3/4. 3/5
4/0 4/1,4/2, 4/3 4/4
An entrant will get 6-10 points if the following quantity of mistakes is made:
0/9 1/8, 2/7 3/6, 4/5 5/0
An entrant will get 0-5 points if the following quantity of mistakes is made:
0/10 2/8,3/7, 4/6. 5/5 10/0 and more.
The quantity of errors is resulted in the form of fraction where spelling errors are reflected in numerator, punctuation errors are reflected in a denominator.
The defects are considered:
1. Wrong word division;
2. Slips;
3. Repetition of the same error.
Such errors are estimated in 0,5 points.
Work on Russian provides presence of the grammatical task.
The dictation volume fluctuates from 120 to 140 words.
The texts are taken from Russian literature of 19th century and modern Russian literature.
